The brief for Localband.com was to create an online community for independent artists accross the UK and the world! The structure of the site and the algorithms that govern the charts etc.. reflect the music business giving a realistic feel to the dog eat dog world of music.

Localband wanted us to create a site that would be cool looking so as to attract younger people, a site that is easy to use so as not to deter those who are not computer literate and a site that could represent the music industry's ethic.
